During a virtual session, you remain in an undisturbed, comfortable space while the practitioner conducts the session remotely. Reiki and Quantum Touch do not require physical contact, so the session is carried out through focused intention from a distance. The structure and process are the same as an in‑person appointment, 

A typical session lasts 45 to 90 minutes.

Reiki: You can experience the benefits of both Usui Reiki and Holy Fire Reiki in one flexible package. Each session can be scheduled as Usui Reiki or Holy Fire Reiki depending on your needs at the time. 

• 45‑minute Reiki Session — $60 (No packages offered)

• Single session (60-Minute Session) : $75. 

• 4‑session package: $270 after a 10% discount ($30 off)

Compassion Key:  

• Single session: $100

• First session: $80 after a 20% discount ($20 off)

• 4‑session package: $360 after a 10% discount ($40 off)

Deep Healing Intergration: $175

• Single session: $175

• 4‑session package: $630 after a 10% discount ($70 off)

 I love supporting families on their healing journey. Immediate family members (spouse or children under 18) may share a package, making it easier to experience healing together.  Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable outside the purchaser.  Packages are non-refundable. 

Yes, energy healing is a safe and supportive complement to medical treatment. It does not interfere with medications or medical procedures and can actually help reduce stress, ease side effects, and support emotional and physical healing during recovery. Many hospitals and healthcare providers now recognize Reiki as a beneficial integrative therapy. 

Most people leave a session feeling calm, clear, and uplifted. At times, the body may respond with what’s called a “healing crisis/detox symptom” which can show up as tiredness or a mild headache. This is temporary. Drinking more water, eating lightly, and getting extra rest can support the process. This is a normal part of the body’s cleansing and integration process.  

Many people feel lighter after a Compassion Key session, but some experience temporary tiredness as the body and nervous system settle due to deep healing. I recommend resting or taking a nap to support the integration process.

The frequency of Reiki or Energy Healing sessions depends on your needs and goals. Some people benefit from weekly or bi‑weekly sessions, while others prefer monthly maintenance. During deeper healing or life transitions, more frequent sessions may help at first and then taper over time. You can also schedule sessions as needed when you feel out of balance or want an energetic reset.
